‍We are high touch, high conviction - everything is delivered end-to-end by us, not outsourced to more junior team members.

Why? Because we’ve worked in some of the best companies in the world like Uber & Netflix. We've sat on leadership teams for early stage startups across Europe & US. We share the same DNA as Founders, feel the same pain and have the same urgency.

We invest our own capital back into the startup ecosystem and help support those founders on a weekly basis. There is a huge misalignment between incentives for Executive search firms and Founders building companies  - we’re changing that.
